In the meantime.... We designed these images to build a picture of the complex whole of the earth and society's interaction with it in a series of simple steps. Teaching about principles of interconnection and the relationship between the elements of the ecosphere helps to build an understanding of the principles of sustainability. Our aim is to develop a teaching kit, with these images made of large colored pieces with magnetic backing, so that a simple 'animation' can be built whilst teaching with a group of people. This will include constructing a picture of the system conditions of The Natural Step in simple stages in order to further comprehension of this strategic tool for sustainable planning.
